Job Summary
The Recruitment Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract, hire, and retain top talent for the organization. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating the interview process. The Recruitment Executive will also contribute to employer branding and ensure a positive candidate experience. This position would be reporting to the Group HR Manager in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to attract and retain high-quality candidates.
- Conduct resume reviews, initial screening calls, and assessments to evaluate candidates’ fit for job requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set up interview formats, panels, and schedules.
- Build strong candidate relationships, manage job offers, oversee pre-employment processes, conduct orientation, handle offboarding, and analyze exit interviews.
- Work with HR and Marketing teams to enhance employer branding and represent the company at job fairs and networking events.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics for management review.
- Assist hiring managers in defining job descriptions and understanding talent needs.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices, review and update procedures for consistency and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to support workforce planning and align talent acquisition with organizational goals.
- Manage PDPA compliance, including quizzes, renewals, and ensure regulatory adherence.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment software.
- Good understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
