Job Description:
- Leave admin (Managing all types of leave in the system including generating leave reports for users.)
- Process government paid leave claims
- Electronic Signature Book assignment
- Staff referral
- Spot Award Management
- Data Quality Monitoring
- Long Service Award Administration
- Arrange temporary accommodation including invoicing
- Daily card transmission and staff card printing
- Responding to ex-employees Reference Check and collate new hires’ reference checks
- Adhoc tasks and reporting (leave cover, updating the HRSS dashboard, as assigned)
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Degree of relevant discipline
