Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible of shipping documents processing and closely monitor shipment movement & its POD status
- To work with internal and external teams to ensure accurate shipping and delivery schedule for new and existing products
- Responsible of damaged shipment claims
- To work together with logistics planners to forecast customer shipment and build logistics plans to guarantee availability of products or services, and streamline processes and flow of goods from point of order to delivery.
- Work and liaising with Facility Manager & Warehouse pertains to detrash & recycling matters; Work and liaising with Finance for supplier invoices matters
- To provide a supportive and productive working relationship with vendors and other departments to improve company's competitiveness
- To follow-up with incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure prompt delivery to customers
- Ensure compliance with cross-border shipping requirements, customs regulations and international trade compliance.
- Update weekly/monthly reports timely
Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistic or Business / Commerce discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment
- A team player
- Able to communicate in Mandarin as we need to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
