io-consultants is looking to expand its activities in Asia and is searching for Senior Consultants / Principal Consultants for projects to be based in Singapore. The candidate must be a team player, full of drive, articulate, creative and have a can-do attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Industrial engineering and automation consultancy services
• Understanding Clients’ requirements, perform data gathering, data analysis
• Research and develop new processes, operations and logistics concepts and ideas
• Work with Clients on Production and/or Logistics process re-engineering and design
• Perform process and equipment layout design work
• Prepare Systems & Equipment budget, specification, evaluation and selection
• Work with Systems & Equipment Suppliers and other Consultants in project implementation
• Manage given projects within agreed budget and schedules
• Project administration and reporting
• Lead, guide, train and motivate younger consultants
Requirements:
• Good recognised degree in Engineering. Graduate Degree would be a plus
• Good working knowledge in MS-Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Very good spoken and written English, communications and presentation skills. Have a lot of self-confidence
• 10 or more years’ working experience, preferably in the any of the following industries: Food & Catering, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Logistics and Facility Planning. Consulting experience would be a plus.
• Ability to work in team and/or independently
• Able to travel for short assignments
• Must have initiative and self-learning
• Ability to lead projects and produce quality results
• (Optional requirement) Working knowledge of Chinese (spoken, written)
Remuneration:
• Can be discussed, depending on experience, know-how and ability to contribute
• Range (dependent on experience and qualifications): $9,000 - 14,000
