Job Scope:
As an individual specialising in Warehouse Operations, the role will be managing the Warehouse and Distribution team to ensure operations are ran smoothly and business goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive warehouse operations, customer service and managing inventory accuracy for the organisation.
- Lead the operations team in managing and ensuring that customer's KPIs are met and business goals are aligned.
- Implement and execute standard operating procedures, logistics strategies and workflows for the team.
- Manage the cold chain warehouse operations and ensure financial and productivity targets are met.
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure the customer's KPIs are met.
- Identify areas of improvement and support any continuous improvement projects within the operations team to drive operational excellence.
- Drive digitalisation and automation as the organisation looks to expand further.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or any related discipline is a plus.
- More than 6 years of experience in Warehouse or logistics operations is highly advantageous.
- More than 3 years of experience leading a team and having strong people management is advantageous.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Warehousing is a plus.
- The passion in driving change and making a difference is a plus.
- Individuals with strategic commercial acumen while having a hands-on approach operationally will be a great plus.
- Good knowledge in IT systems and WMS is a plus.
