Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar and handling legal documents such as MOU, etc.
- Work closely with the CEO to keep staff well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Anticipate CEO’s needs in advance of meetings, conferences, business engagements, et cetera.
- Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors, Investors and Key Company leads.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature.
- Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes.
- Coordinate all meetings (retreats inclusive) and assist with staff meetings and events as required.
- Administer payroll for employees.
- Maintain company’s assets and protect operations by keeping information confidential.
- Follow up on contacts made by the CEO to cultivate ongoing relationships.
- Manage the company’s general administrative services.
- Adhere to Company rules and regulations and ensure all staff abide by the same rules.
- Evaluate and assist CEO in developing office policies and procedures to streamline work flows and anticipate future needs as the company grows.
- Prepare and collate budgets (both CAPEX and OPEX) in anticipation of the company’s growth forecasts.
- Ensures smooth operation of equipment by ensuring preventive maintenance requirements are in place and initiating repairs as required.
- Provide event management support as required.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma
- 3-5 years of relevant experiences in PA and handling legal documents
- Basic accounting & payroll would be an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational skills and ability to multitask
