The Role
This position will be responsible for the daily operations and maintenance of the building.
Job Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Centre Manager.
- Perform regular site inspections and implement follow-up actions to uphold high safety standards.
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors for maintenance, repairs and renovation works.
- Liaise with vendors and tenants on matters relating to renovation works.
- Assist with accounting and administration matters.
- Recording minutes and assisting the MCST in preparing documentation for AGMs, EGMs or Bi Monthly Sub-Committee and Management Council meetings.
- Any other ad-hoc assignments assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a minimum Diploma in Building, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, Accountancy or a related discipline.
- Experience working with basic accounting will be an added advantage.
- Good computer literacy/knowledge.
- Pro-active attitude, meticulous, organized and able to multi-task with an understanding of building services.
- Willing to work on alternate Saturdays (half-day).
