Responsibilities:
- Registration and updating of patient particulars
- Appointment taking
- Handle enquiries/complaints
- Assist doctor in procedure room as and when needed
- Obtain latest information of patient from attending doctors and nurse
- Resolve public relation issues for patients
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE N / O / A Levels
- Experience in customer service will be an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
