Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Assistant Operations Manager to support and optimise the daily operations of our eLearning content development company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for motivating and empowering teams to reach their full potential. You will play a key role in fostering a positive and dynamic working environment, driving both efficiency and creativity, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Operations Leadership: Assist with leading and managing teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Project Coordination: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of eLearning content development projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Process Optimisation: Help streamline operations and workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Team Collaboration and Motivation: Work closely with various departments, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment where team members feel valued and empowered to contribute their ideas.
- Resource Allocation: Assist in managing resources, including personnel, technology, and budgets, to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Quality Control: Support quality assurance efforts to ensure deliverables meet the company’s high standards and client expectations.
- Client Communication: Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and assist in addressing any concerns.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure that operations comply with company policies and industry regulations, and assist with the preparation of performance reports for management.
Qualifications:
- Experience in an operational or project coordination role, preferably in the eLearning, content development, or technology sectors.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with a track record of supporting successful project deliveries.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with eLearning platforms, instructional design, or content development is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
