Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, payroll, compensation, benefits, and overall HR administration.
- Take charge of the employee lifecycle, handling new hires, onboarding, promotions, transfers, and exit interviews. Prepare all necessary documentation in a timely manner to ensure a seamless employee experience.
- Handle talent acquisition by posting job openings, screening candidates and conduct interviews with potential candidates to ensure the best talent joins our team.
- Handle clients’ monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with CPF submissions, and manage any related queries.
- Provide expert guidance on work pass applications and payroll services for internal employees to ensure all concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience with HR systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with employees at all levels.
- Meticulous and organized, with a proactive approach to managing tasks and ensuring accuracy.
- A self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, thriving in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s labor laws and legislations is essential, with regional labor law knowledge being a valuable plus.
- At least 5 years of hands-on payroll experience.
