Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with our clients, deeply understanding their needs and tailoring business solutions to drive their success.
  • Analyse client requirements and implement innovative, customised approaches to meet their business challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, gather feedback, and ensure positive outcomes from our services.
  • Address and resolve client issues with speed and professionalism, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Offer expert advice on corporate structuring, compliance, and related corporate services, keeping clients informed and ahead of market trends.
  • Work closely with the corporate services team and internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Keep yourself updated on industry regulations, market trends, and best practices to continuously offer top-tier advice.


Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Management, Business Studies, or equivalent fields.
  • 3-5 years in corporate secretarial services or a related field, demonstrating strong industry knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with the capability to identify business challenges, conduct thorough analysis, and present actionable recommendations.
  • Customer focused, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries.
  • Ability to learn independently, manage multiple priorities, and work autonomously or as part of a team.
