Job Responsibilities:
- Review employee-submitted contract payments and expense payments, evaluate whether the payment details are reasonable and compliant, check if the attachment amount is consistent with the invoice, and record the accounting entries.
- Review employee salary payments, verify the accuracy of the amounts, and record and account for them.
- Compile statistics on various sales revenues.
- Compile statistics on accounts receivable and payable.
- Compile statistics on borrowings and repayments.
- Reconcile bank balances and crypto balances.
- Perform bookkeeping, carry forward profits and losses, and prepare financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
- Conduct asset inventory.
- Provide cost analysis and financial analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Over 5 years of experience in full-cycle accounting.
- Experience working in a fintech company.
- Familiarity with the relationship between ERP and business data, with experience in setting up ERP systems being preferred.
- Able to converse in chinese in order to align with chinese speaking clients
