Responsibilities:
- Process daily, weekly & monthly payroll, ensuring all payroll is processed accurately and on time.
- Ensure payments are in accordance with Employment Law & all the regulatory guidelines.
- Submission of tax clearance, yearly Income Tax, CPF, and NS make-up claims.
- Prepare monthly payroll reports & salary reconciliation.
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests from internal stakeholders/staff and resolving payroll discrepancies
- Other duties as assigned by the superior.

- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel spreadsheet skills. Knowledge of Timesoft will be an advantage
- Knowledge of the Employment legislation preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in payroll related field
