Position: Secretary/Personal Assistant (Japanese speaking) - CK
Job Description
■MD Assistant Tasks:
-Schedule meeting with client and other stakeholder
-Expense reimbursement processing
-Coordination of MD's business trips, vacations, and travel arrangements to Japan, including flight and transportation arrangements
■Others/Ad hoc
-Support the MD on a personal level
-Schedule medical meeting for the MD
-Coordination of maid services (mainly language Support)
-Interpretation and translation tasks
Job Requirement
- Proficient in Japanese to build and coordinate relationships with internal/external Japanese speaking stakeholders and Interpreted between Japanese and English
- Secretarial experience
