Position: Warehouse/Logistics Operations (West)- CK
Job Description
• Support supervisor in the day-to-day operation activities to ensure on-time order fulfilment for inbound and outbound goods
• Responsible for planning and assigning the warehouse tasks to the
Operations staffs (including OT arrangement for staffs) to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Conduct weekly/bi-weekly/monthly inventory cycle count to
ensure accuracy of inventory data and resolve discrepancies (if any) between the WMS and
physical inventory
• Manage storage space and capacity for new and existing stocks to
ensure efficient storage utilization
• Collaborate with other departments such as Business Unit and Finance to
prepare necessary documents as required by them to meet business objectives and customer
needs
• Practice and engage safe work procedures, identify potential hazards, and
recommend improvements to standard procedures
• Submitting weekly inventory report to superior to investigate discrepancies (if any)
and prepare/report on any stock adjustment (if required)
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 2-3 years’ relevant logistics experience in warehouse operations
- Knowledge in MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations will be an
advantage
