- Handle and prepare tender submission for M&E works.
- Responsible for interpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings and any other relevant document.
- Prepare tender clarifications, investigation of clarification response by communicating with relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in the presentation slide, technical write up for tender interview and attendance of tender interview.
- Suggest Value Engineering solution for MEP works and any other business, if required in the tender.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- At least 7 years in tender preparation and site management experience in Building Construction Projects.
- Good knowledge in M&E works, planning capability and authorities’ compliance.
