We are looking for a Treasury Analyst to support one of our projects.
This is a 6 months contract role with a potential to extend / convert based on individuals performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Co-ordinate Deal Assignment Process in APAC
o Work with In-Country Fulfilment Managers to assign deals within the SLA
o Work with Regional Implementation Manager to get resources assigned for multi country implementations
o Execute established routines to do regular follow ups with stakeholders to provide missing information & complete assignment tasks
o Maintain Deal Assignment Share Point & send out regular status reporting
• Manage E-Banking Maintenance for APAC Region and ensure timely & accurate turnaround of the E-Banking Maintenance requests
• Manage delivery of service by the offshore delivery Centre and ensure SLAs are met for timely turnaround time for E-Banking & Deal Assignment
• Co-ordinate with stakeholders and offshore delivery Centre in managing issues and escalations
• Prepare and send daily, weekly and monthly dashboards
• Run Critical Macros to identify data mismatch and gaps and work with stakeholders to fix them
Candidate Experience:
• 5+ years of total experience preferably in banking, financial or other industry
• Strong writing, presentation, and oral communication skills
• Have interpersonal skills to manage peer, & other stakeholders in multi geographies within APAC
• Comfortable using a disciplined development methodology and adhering to development best practices, standards and procedures
• Self-starter and independent worker, ability to work with minimum supervision
• Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office (and/or other analytical software)
• Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; and flexible
