Job Responsibilities
As part of the Asia Pacific Corporate Banking team, the staff will be supporting the regional business by taking part in the offshore booking transactions originated from regional offices.
- Handle the offshore booking deals by collaborating with control office overseas (RM) and internal stakeholders so as to complete the tasks within the agreed timelines.
- Coordinate any planning matters related to the offshore booking operations.
- Promote innovative deal for business opportunity expansion and to manage any project till smooth implementation.
- Handling loan processes such as drawdown, rollover and repayment in system.
- Prepare and manage weekly/monthly reporting to management.
- Guiding junior staff when necessary.
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of banking experience is mandatory.
- Experience in the areas of KYC, credit or loan operation is required.
- Communication skills (Strong proficiency in speaking & writing English) is required as our daily operation involves communicating with overseas business partners including relationship managers and middle/back offices of the Singapore branch.
- Able to work independently.
