Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Perform accurate compounding within a set time frame.
2. Coordinate with inter-department and ensure samples meet the standard.
3. Ensure materials used are being stored at correct temperature and location to ensure quality and safety
4. Prepare and submit reference samples as per request
5. Maintain a list of standard samples for documentation
6. Maintain and ensure clean and safe working environment lab
7. Clean lab equipment, glassware and apparatus after use
8. To carry out any additional job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
9. Implement and conform to all established quality, safety and environmental management system
10. Comply with all applicable procedures and legal and other requirements
