Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Vocational Driver to join our team. As a Part Time Driver, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient premium wheelchair transportation services to our clients. If you possess a Taxi Vocational Driver License or a Private Hire Vehicle Vocational Driving License, and you enjoy interacting with people, have empathy and compassion, and maintain an entrepreneurial mindset, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a private hire vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers by greeting them, assisting with the wheelchairs, luggage, and ensuring a comfortable journey.
- Always maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle.
- Adhere to scheduled routes and timetables or respond to ad-hoc transportation requests.
- Report any incidents or problems encountered during transportation.
- Keep records of mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger trips.
Requirements:
- Class 3(A) Driving License
- Valid Taxi Vocational Driver License and/or Private Hire Vehicle Vocational Driving License.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle various customer personalities.
- Empathy and compassion towards passengers, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to punctuality.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to explore opportunities for increasing income and improving service delivery.
