Role Summary
• Manage all relevant aspects of the assigned project and deliver as per stakeholders’ requirement
Role Responsibilities
· Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the assigned engineering projects
· Monitoring compliance with project requirements, drawing specifications, and seeking technical clarification
· Interacting with the customers to interpret their needs and requirements (Site survey and data collection)
· Attend project meetings and follow up with an action plan
· Prepare and create a detailed work schedule, manpower, and resource planning
· Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
· Manage changes and identify potential crises and develop a contingency plan
· Perform overall quality control of the work and be responsible for project handover
· Report regularly on project status to internal and external customers
· Coordinate, liaise and manage various stakeholders including customers, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, design, sales, production & assembly, warehouse, and purchasing to ensure smooth project handover as per plan to the customer
· Able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
· Assign responsibilities and mentor site installation works (rack, cage, containment, and PDU) and ensure on-time project handover
· Able to interpret engineering drawings and work with design when a discrepancy arises
· Work with the site leader to provide training and guidance to the team, ensuring everyone is well-equipped with the required skills and knowledge to deliver the job requirements
· Managing work at height activities
· Ensure compliance with site and local regulatory environment, health & safety requirements
· Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by reporting manager
