DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate quotation based on the internal costing from various departments.
- Perform consolidation of sales costing and forecast.
- Collaborate with respective departments to ensure the project timeline and budget adhere and design requirements are specified and delivered.
- Attend to any pre-sales visit and liaise with customers for any technical discussion.
- To manage and ensure project costs are within budget, pre-BOM and post-BOM consolidation.
- Plan and monitor project progress, coordinate activities, and resolve problems
- Update project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising information and recommending actions.
- Working closely with the manufacturing team on DFM, generating assembly processes and qualification procedure, including documentation.
- To perform final quality inspections (QA/QC) on all outgoing products before crating for shipment.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience in project management, preferably in the machinery or manufacturing industry
- Experience in Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA) and Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
