Job Highlights

Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Manage IT Inventory for Hardware and Software Assets.
- Maintain documentation for all technical support incidents.
- Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support.
- Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
- Ensure compliance of the IT systems with corporate policy / guideline.
- Travelling to customer's office is required. (Transport claim applicable)
Requirement
- Minimum 1 years of related work experience
- Technical knowledge of Windows 10 & 11, Microsoft 365
- Strong End User support skill
