Job Scope
- Attend halal courses to maintain up-to-date knowledge of halal standards.
- Ensure that all production processes adhere to strict halal guidelines.
- Assist in the application, monitoring, and obtaining of MUIS halal certification for new or renewed products.
- Operate and maintain production machinery to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Assist in the preparation of meat products, minimizing waste.
- Pack, weigh, and label completed products according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment, including equipment and tools.
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
