We are seeking a Junior ServiceNow Developer with 2-5 years of experience in ServiceNow development and integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing both existing and custom applications within the platform, including integrations with other systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications within ServiceNow, including Service Catalog/Service Portal modules;
- Create and manage update sets to move customizations between ServiceNow instances;
- Provide administrative support, troubleshoot issues, implement bug fixes, and perform root cause analysis;
- Document and maintain policies, procedures, and controls for the ServiceNow platform and SDLC operations;
- Utilize and integrate key ServiceNow technologies (APIs, SSO, SAML, REST, etc.);
- Generate reports, metrics, and SLAs using the standard reporting engine.
Job Requirements:
- 2-5 years of ServiceNow development experience;
- Proficient in ServiceNow Enterprise suite and integration technologies (APIs, SSO, REST);
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills in both written and verbal.
