Job Scope:
- Manage end-to-end staff and workers' training courses, including liaising with internal staff and training vendors, course registration, evaluation, and record-keeping.
- Assist in updating and maintaining internal Training policies, SOPs, training calendar, and materials.
- Handle training administration, staff records, training budget, and HR system updates.
- Support mentorship, performance appraisal, and staff career planning activities.
- Coordinate HR events, meetings, and staff engagement activities.
- Review training reports and feedback for improvement.
- Actively contribute to HR team activities, including training, HRIS, communications, and projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any field of study.
- With ACTA or ACLP cert is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of working experience, prior experience in training role or similar role is an advantage.
- Hands on experience with LMS intergration or solutions for training related will be a bonus
