Responsibilities:
- Oversee the transfer of premises to and from tenants and buyers
- Develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan for the Company's properties
- Supervise and coordinate with contractors for maintenance repairs and renovation projects
- Ensure buildings are well-maintained, focusing on security and cleanliness
- Address and resolve all complaints, feedback, and service requests promptly
- Foster positive relationships with partners and tenants
- Conduct regular checks and inspection on grounds to ensure property is well maintained.
- Ensure building statutory requirements are complied
- Ensure good record keeping and filing administration
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Building Management, or Estate Management etc
- Min 2 year experience in similar industry
- Good communication andinterpersonal skills
- Service orientated mindset
- Willing to travel
