Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Liaising and coordinating between the factory, customer service (ICS), and finance.
- Answer and respond to customer/ICS inquiries regarding shipping issues.
- Issuance of shipping certificates, and prepare outbound documents such as invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, insurance policies, and certificates.
- Responsible for ensuring that all shipping documents are complete and compliant, maintaining documentation related to shipping activities, and handling general administrative support duties for departments.
