Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive recruitment, selection, and placement support for the Local Business Unit.
- Manage all stages of the recruitment life cycle, including job briefs, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offers.
- Collaborate with the team and regional Talent Acquisition stakeholders to develop proactive recruiting strategies.
- Focus on talent pipelining, enhancing the candidate experience, driving employee referral initiatives, and preparing the talent pipeline for growth in Singapore.
- Participate in various exciting talent projects and support key stakeholders with additional duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in internal recruitment within a corporate environment.
- Preferably experienced in Facilities, Property, Project Management, or Professional Services.
- Eager to learn new skills, pursue further education, and advance in their career.
- Highly motivated and personable, with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Service-oriented, solutions-focused, and adaptable to changing needs.
- Highly resilient and capable of working under tight deadlines.
