Title: Project Management Officer
Job Description:
- Project Planning and Management: Take charge of detailed project planning, overseeing the project's entire lifecycle, devising comprehensive project plans, and effectively managing project risks and issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Responsible for fostering strong communication with project stakeholders, facilitating internal coordination of project resources, and ensuring seamless project progress.
- Operational Oversight: Lead the day-to-day operations of the project, including organizing meetings and generating regular project reports to track progress.
- Budget Management and Performance Evaluation: Manage project budgets and facilitate performance evaluations of project team members under the guidance of project leadership.
- Process Improvement: Drive the construction of project processes, continuously refining and enhancing them based on real-time project operation feedback.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the reporting manager, which may include but are not limited to special projects, assisting with departmental initiatives, or supporting other teams as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher qualification.
- Experience: Minimum of two years' experience in project management across diverse sectors such as research and development, sales, delivery, or large-scale construction projects.
- Skills and Traits: Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a willingness to engage with stakeholders.
- Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both Chinese and English, in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties.
- Proficiency in independently crafting project plans and proposals, coupled with adept management of the project's entire lifecycle.
- Demonstrated self-motivation, practicality, and a collaborative mindset, alongside a strong sense of responsibility, optimism, and proactive work ethic.
- Effective cross-departmental coordination skills and an infectious personality.
- Proficiency in office software and mastery of one or more project management tools.
