Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS).
Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO standards and company policies.
Prepare and maintain documentation for ISCC certification audits.
Support the preparation and execution of external audits.
Analyze audit findings and assist in the development of corrective and preventive actions.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure quality standards are met.
Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices and procedures.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
