Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Counter sales and tour leading
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the tour agency, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning
- Handle clients’ inquiries related to travel
- Conclude sales and make bookings in the system
- Follow up on tour confirmation, payment and documentation
- Possess good customer service skills and able to interact with people
- Required to operate computer and in-house system
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the agency's offerings and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
- With or without experience are welcomed (Training will be provided)
- Friendly disposition, sales and service oriented
- Relevant working experience in the service industry will be an advantage
