Job Description
- Drive strategic planning, budgeting, and monthly estimate processes.
- Perform productivity, COGS, category mix, and A&P analysis to maximise performance.
- Provide strategic analysis and recommendations to regional management.
- Consolidate brand results and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Support business plan execution, including new brand launches and channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, demand planning, and supply chain teams.
- Prepare business presentations and scenarios.
- Provide independent evaluation of financial forecasts and risk assessments.
- Manage relationships with OneSource Finance Shared Service team and regional finance teams.
The Successful Applicant
- University Degree in Finance/Accounting with CPA or CIMA certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance, preferably in sales affiliate or retail.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record in finance business partnering.
- Excellent analytical skills, solution-based thinking, and strong communication skills.
- Proficient in SAP, OneStream, Microsoft BI, and Tableau.
- Ability to operate well in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
