Stakeholder Engagement and Solution Proposals
- Engage in discussions with stakeholders to propose solutions that align with business objectives.
Document proposed solutions and business rules into the Business Requirement documentation.
Collaboration and Timeline Management
- Work closely with stakeholders and team leads to ensure project timelines are met without delays.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Preparation
- Convert business requirements into test scenarios, conditions, and expected outcomes for UAT.
UAT Execution and Documentation
- Oversee the execution of UAT and ensure results are properly documented.
Defect Tracking and Resolution
- Monitor outstanding defects and collaborate with IT to resolve issues promptly within the agreed timeline.
- Lead checkpoint discussions on defects with IT when necessary.
Training and Post-Deployment Verification
- Develop training guides and conduct training sessions for stakeholders.
- Perform system verification post-deployment to ensure successful implementation.
Continuous Improvement
- Actively seek and implement continuous improvements in your area of expertise to stay relevant to the business.
