Job Responsibilities:
- Reporting directly to company Director, responsible from initial and strategy planning of the opening of F&B chain of Restaurants.
- Planning and forecasting of the profit and loss of overall business operations. Analyse market trends and develop business plans to drive business expansion and growth.
- Responsible for the preparation and overall operations of F&B chain Restaurants, including and not limited to revenue and cost management, people management, procurement management, marketing and customer service management.
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishinh a highly motivational work environment, and implementing innovative changes.
- Adhere to company standards for excellence and quality.
- Provided guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
Key Requirements:
- General Manager are required to work closely with Japanese director, knowldge of Japanese dialects is essential.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in managing Japanese culture F&B Group Restaurants.
- Food entrepreneurial mindset with strong decision-making skills.
- Resourceful, consulative and engaging in evaluation of business.
- Accomplishing organizational objective and goals.
- Excellent negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
