JOB DESCRIPTION
The IT Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the Company and operations with the following roles:
Primary role – Information Technology Support
- IT Support, intra-network and/or inter-network setup for the Company and members
- IT Management & maintenance for The Work Project Network infrastructure, telecommunications, printing solutions, security systems and software
- Perform audit systems and evaluate their outcomes
- Manage vendors performance and service delivery (Consultant/Consulting Company & hardware support vendor)
- IT budget management (OPEX/ CAPEX)
Goals:
- To live the shared vision of The Work Project and ensure the brand values and standards are met in terms of service quality
- Maintain the IT infrastructure and equipment to the best condition possible with aid of preventive maintenance programs, regular update schedules and thorough inventory management
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Plan and deliver integrated information services to members and employees
- Match or exceed member’s requirements for technology service delivery. Offer guidance, on an ongoing basis, to the Community Team to provide basic IT support for Member in your absence. Build strong relationships with Members and the Community team by using your specialized capabilities and your ability to influence a positive outcome
- Leverage existing, emerging, and innovative technologies to enhance, improve, and streamline technology services for members & team
- Ensure the privacy, integrity, reliability, and appropriate use of information resources for all users
Duties & Responsibilities:
IT
- Responsible for the performance of the IT infrastructure, services, and education of the Community team to provide basic IT info to members. Report any glitches to the system in form of a monthly report to be able to highlight recurring issues
- Responsible for providing a positive experience for members through tailored IT solutions and the development and implementation of installation plans based on member’s requirements
- Proactively ensure that members’ issues are, where possible, anticipated and resolved before they happen. Evaluate and educate the Members on basic IT practices that maximize their working efficiency
- Monitor the availability and reliability of the network infrastructure. Using your unique skills identify opportunities for optimization and partner with other consultants or third-party vendors to design, plan and implement a resolution
- Identify chronic or recurring IT issues partnering, where needed, with consultants or third-party vendors for a resolution with approval from Head of NCO
- Manage and engage third party vendors to perform repairs and approved installations where applicable Configuration of network printers & related driver and other peripheral devices
- Responsible for proper functioning of the CCTV, telephony system, Access card and door lock systems. Provide incident-based reports to Community Leads when irregularities happen
- Manage, control and protects IT assets including company laptops (i.e., hardware) throughout their life cycle, from acquisition through final disposition
- Will be the 3rd level IT support should first or second level fails to resolve the issues on time
- Will be the owner and managers for TWP’s IT assets movement and deployment
Events Support
- Assist centre lead to verify IT portion setups and also liaise with TWP appointed IT service vendor for any network related configuration

Experience & Education
- Degree/Diploma or related disciplines
- 6-8 years of relevant experience in supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, data communications and end-user experiences
- 1-2 years of experience in leading and managing large IT Infrastructure rollout projects
- Good knowledge in IT security, compliance, standard and operation of IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment
- Solid hands-on experience in infrastructure and network troubleshooting
- Work closely with various internal stakeholders including local, regional and global teams in project aligning HQ standard
