Job Description
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (quarterly, annual) including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital analysis, and business highlights.
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports (group submissions, flash results) and translate data into actionable insights for business strategy and process improvement.
- Maintain and expand Excel budget models for overall company financials and forecasts.
- Track KPIs, compare actual performance to budget/forecast, identify improvement areas and collaborate across teams to drive positive changes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to promote understanding of business performance and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and participate in special projects, providing timely and insightful recommendations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 3-4 years relevant experience, background in external audit and FPA will ensure a smooth transition and quick grasp of the responsibilities.
- Individuals who are analytical, proficient in financial modelling, data analysis, and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems) will be beneficial
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Demonstrates a proactive and results-oriented approach, excelling in a fast-paced work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft office eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SAP S/4 Hana will be a valuable asset.
