About the role


The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role involves conducting market analysis, developing prospecting strategies, managing client meetings, crafting proposals, and ensuring client satisfaction through continuous engagement and account management.


Responsibilities

  • Identify target industries, analyze market trends, and maintain a CRM system for tracking leads
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies using cold calling, email, and networking to generate leads
  • Conduct client meetings, deliver tailored presentations, and apply consultative selling techniques
  • Create customized proposals, engage in contract negotiations, and close deals
  • Onboard new clients, maintain ongoing relationships, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Work on targeted campaigns and attend industry events and build professional connections through various platforms
  • Ensure client satisfaction, renew contracts, and develop strategies to enhance client loyalty

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role
  • Strong understanding of industry trends, market demands, and competitor strategies
  • Tech-savvy, results-driven professional who excels at working independently to drive business growth
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in CRM software and lead generation tools
