Job Title: Purchasing & Admin Executive
Our Client: A leading local recycling & trading SMEs company in Asia market and has been established for more than 50 years in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers and managers to determine purchasing needs
- Find, negotiate, and secure equipment and supplies from vendors
- Assess suppliers based on quality, pricing, delivery timelines, and other criteria
- Manage procurement processes, including handling purchase requisitions and creating purchase orders in SAP
- Oversee tender bids, documentation, and provide necessary administrative support
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Studies, with 2 years of relevant experience
- Proactive, responsible, and have a positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and negotiation skills
