Agency Contract - 12 months, Govt, West
Responsibilities:
- Manage IT procurement and administration duties, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
- Track budget utilization, purchase requests, billing, and invoicing.
- Maintain the IT contract register, tracking renewals and terminations.
- Assist in the preparation of ITSS management reports and track key ITSS projects and tasks.
- Provide executive administrative support to the CIO Office.
- Continuously improve workflows, procedures, and tools to promote efficiency and streamline CIO Office activities.
- Perform other ad hoc roles as required by the CIO Office.
Specific Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP MM is an advantage.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
