Job Description: -
- Board Support - Support operations and administration of Board by advising and informing board members as well as interfacing between Board and management members. Report to board on organizational plans and performance.
- Financial Management – Monitor profitability and growth of the company and achieve financial objectives. Recommends yearly budget for the Chairman and Board approvals and prudently manages organization's resources within the budget guidelines and according to policies and procedures. Ensure that necessary finance and other resources are available to meet company’s commitment to its stakeholders.
- Human Resource Management – Effectively manages the human resources of the organization according to authorized personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current labor laws and regulations. Create a shared understanding and principles with all employees.
- Management of the Management Team – Supervise each management member to ensure that they are carrying out their duties and responsibilities set by the company in a manner meeting the corporate mission and objectives. Communicate to each member the company’s development plans and its impact and obtain feedback
- Operations Management – Direct functions and performance via the executive team while ensuring that service delivery standard conforms with the regulation and requirements of the Regulatory Authorities, International Standards and Recommended Practices. Review Standards of performance and instigate performance improvement plans. Direct functions and performance via the executive team.
- Safety Management – Accountable to COMPANY Management for the safe management of airport and the services provided by the company. Responsible for authorizing safety policy that indicates COMPANY Safety Objectives and its commitment to safety. Ensure commitment from everyone in the company in carrying out the stipulated safety policy.
- Security Management – Responsible for authorizing the security policy that indicates COMPANY Security Objectives and its commitment to security. Ensure the implementation of effective and professional security procedures according to highest industry standards in the best interest of customers and employees.
- Maintenance Accountable Manager – responsible for ensuring that maintenance carried out by the approved organization meets the standards required by the regulatory authorities. Responsible also for ensuring that the necessary finance, manpower resources and facilities are available to enable the company to meet its commitment to contracted operators.
- Community and Public Relations – Assures the organization and its mission and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to relevant stakeholders .
- Business Development / Expansion – Oversee overall business strategy. Anticipate, filter and speed-up change. Create new service units related to business; assess business prospects (local and overseas), acquire according to corporate policies and develop as subsidiaries. Control development expense
Job Requirement:
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field, master degree in advantageous.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years working experience in managerial level must within the aviation industry.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office package such as Word and Excel, PowerPoint Presentation; e-mail and internet.
- Technical Skills: Business valuation and acquisition; Feasibility Studies preparation; Business Plan Presentations; Basic Accounting, Data research and interpretation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic envorinment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English ( Verbal & Written )
