Our client, a leading International firm is recruiting a Legal Secretary.
Responsibilities:
- To provide a professional level of support to the fee-earners
- Manage and coordinate scheduling for the lawyers including email, calls and other administrative matters
- Provide administrative support such as maintenance of filing system and database
- Manage the lawyers’ travel schedule, including but not limited to accommodations and transportation
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and strict confidentiality in respect of communications, materials and all correspondences
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of related administrative and secretarial experiences
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, and an ability to multi task
- Proficiency with office productivity tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Work well as a team player with the ability to maintain confidentiality of information
