Roles & Responsibilities:
· Handle marine store/spares RFQ - sales processes from start to end.
· Develop and execute strategies to effectively market and sell store/spare parts.
· Draft and submit detailed ship supply/repair proposals, including both technical specifications and commercial terms.
· Communicate with clients, negotiate terms, and ensure their needs are met throughout the sales process.
· Collaborate closely with head of commercial/repair engineers for technical support.
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships through high-quality and frequent interactions.
· Manage ongoing project activities and provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
· Identify growth areas and take proactive actions to expand the store/spare parts supply business.
Requirements:
· Diploma qualification in Maritime Studies, NTC, Marine Engineering, Logistics or a related field in marine industry,
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in roles related to sales, purchasing, or project management, preferably within marine supply business.
· Strong maritime technical acumen, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
· Experience in managing RFQ-sales processes and preparing detailed proposals.
· Proven track record of establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to act on initiative in a proactive manner and manage time effectively.
· Language proficiency – English and Mandarin both in verbal and written.
