Client is a distributed database tech company that has set forth a new recovery solutions for business to adopts an independently developed integrated architecture, which encompasses both the scalability of a distributed architecture and the performance advantage of a centralized architecture. Client supports hybrid transaction/analytical processes (HTAP) with one engine. With features such as strong data consistency, availability, performance, scalability and high compatibility with SQL and mainstream relational databases, and so forth.
Job Description
- Meet sales target; measured in number of customers acquired and revenue signed.
- Manage a territory. Develop and execute territory plans to acquire beach head, win lighthouse projects and achieve (and exceed) individual KPIs.
- Build pipeline, maintain good CRM cadence and pipeline health through excellent time management and sales discipline.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architect, Product Development and Management team to feedback on customers' requirements and to lead opportunity development.
- Work closely with Marketing and Business Development Representative team to drive the Demand Generation activities and build the pipeline for the ASEAN region with a focus in the named account list.
- Co-sell with partners in your assigned territory to drive optimized conversion rates.
The Successful Applicant
- 5 years in Enterprise/Cloud sales at an established technology company within these spaces: data/infrastructure/cloud company.
- Possess current relationship with relevant customers in ASEAN. Clients in Fintech/Payments/ eCommerce/Retail/Logistics/Gaming/Digital Natives
- Working knowledge with database and/or cloud computing fields.
- Track record engaging and influencing senior executives and familiarity with decision making processes in enterprise customers.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, product management and account management teams.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for work.
