What You Will Do
- Administrative support to Special Process Operations. This includes but not limited to:
- Download and management of SAP data.
- Download of monthly raw data from SAP CADO and ZIRR for capacity planning and HPP productivity review
- Download of performance tracking charts such as daily flow rate, lead time tracking and backlog charts.
- Collaborate with Operation Leaders to close EHS and Quality findings timely.
- Level 3 project coordinator who perform pre-job EHS assessment for contractor and supervise contractors in accordance to EHS requirements.
- Escort contractors in and out of premises in compliance with ITC requirements.
- Participate in safety and continuous improvement programs, CORE (Customer Oriented Results & Excellence) activities and any other additional tasks assigned by Building Unit Manager (BUM).
- Willing to work either on 2nd or 3rd shifts.
- Perform weekend duty supervisor either on 1st, 2nd or 3rd shifts to ensure shop discipline.
Qualifications You Must Have
- NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent in related fields.
- Proficient in soft skills (Microsoft Excel & Power Point).
- Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Engineering or equivalent in related fields.
- Min 5 years of supervisory experience or Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience.
- Relevant aerospace, manufacturing or precision engineering experience is a plus.
