Job Description:
As an executive assistant at Ain Society, you will be instrumental in shaping our organization's narrative and fostering meaningful connections with our partners and stakeholders. This role involves creating compelling content for our website and social media channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and actively engaging with our community to strengthen relationships and create awareness on cancer.
Responsibilities:
Media - Content Creation and Curation:
- Develop and curate engaging, informative, and impactful content for the Ain Society website and various social media platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook.
- Craft compelling narratives that effectively communicate our mission, values, and initiatives.
External Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between Ain Society and external partners, stakeholders, and the broader community.
- Proactively engage with partners through various channels to strengthen relationships and communicate our organizational goals.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, insights, and updates for content creation.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and other content creators to produce high-quality visuals and materials.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of communication strategies.
- Provide regular reports and insights on the effectiveness of communication efforts.
Adaptability:
- Stay informed about industry trends, communication best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance our communication strategies.
Other Duties:
- Undertake any additional responsibilities or tasks assigned by your supervisor to contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate communications, content creation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships.
