Highlights:
- Contract duration: 1 year contract
- Salary range: $2400 - $2800 (per month)
- Working location: Bencoolen MRT
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6pm.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Min. 1 year of experience in admin and operations.
- Experience working in school/campus environment will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Arabic to translate Arabic Documents.
Key responsibilities:
- Student administration; managing students’ access and records.
- Liaise with internal and external partners and stakeholders for student registration into programs and modules.
- Support the transition of operations to a new campus.
- Create and maintain SOPs and Guidelines.
- Support student and staff engagement activities and events; create contents to upload on website and digital board.
- Other Campus Operations and Student Administration duties assigned.
