Job Description:
- Source and purchase goods and services
- Evaluate suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and track deliveries
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
- Upkeep purchased records and provide monthly reports for all orders.
- Analyze market trends and maintain knowledge of industry best practices
- Resolve any issues with suppliers and manage supplier relationships
- Any other assigned duties.
Job Requirement:
- Min 1 year requirement in admin related job
- Speak English and Mandarin. (As most Warehouse staff is from Mainland China. Speaking mandarin is a must for communication purpose)
- Communicate well and has swift response timing
- Open to learn and can handle pressure well
- Able to use Microsoft excel, words and email
- Proficient in utilizing software to facilitate daily work process
- Required to stay in Singapore as this job will be situated in Singapore
- Staying in the west will be advantageous
