Job Description
- Support the administrative aspects of organizing and conducting the annual workplan activities with entities alongside entity CIOOs.
- Organise and execute entity QBRS, CIOO MMs.
- Coordinate follow up from MAs resulting from these forums.
- Maintain a schedule of activities and dependencies to ensure smooth execution of plan and initiatives.
- Support in coordination with entity level governance forums, track and follow up on Synapxe presentation content and key action items from these forums.
Requirements
- At least 3 years relevant experience in project management of large-scale projects.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different stakeholders.
- Possess good problem-solving skill, good written/communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and customer service skills.
- Experience in the healthcare industry would be an added advantage.
