Job Descriptions:
- Strategy formulation: Develop procurement strategies based on the company's strategic goals to ensure the stability and cost-effectiveness of the supply chain.
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain global supplier relationships, conduct supplier evaluation and performance monitoring.
- Cost control: Continuous optimization of procurement costs through negotiation and contract management.
- Risk management: Identify and assess supply chain risks, formulate emergency plans, and ensure the continuity and reliability of the supply chain.
- Cross-department cooperation: Work closely with R&D, production, quality and other departments to ensure the smooth introduction and mass production of new products.
- International perspective: Have a global perspective, understand and respect diverse cultures, and be able to work effectively in multinational teams.
Qualification Requirement:
- At least Bachelor's degree in engineering, priority is given to electrical engineering, electronic engineering, mechanical engineering and other related majors; master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Professional certificates: Supply chain management, project management (such as PMP) related certifications are preferred.
- At least 5-7 years of working experience in inverter or related power electronics/ battery cells/ sheet metal/ wiring harnesses/ inverter industry, 3-5 years of experience in strategic procurement or supply chain management. Experience in cross-border procurement or overseas work is preferred. Familiar with the technical parameters and production process of inverters, and understand the main suppliers and industry trends in the market.
- Excellent negotiation skills and supplier management capabilities, able to effectively reduce procurement costs and optimize the supply chain.
- Strong data analysis capabilities, able to optimize procurement processes and costs through data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to communicate effectively with teams and suppliers from different cultural backgrounds.
- Familiar with project management tools and methods and able to manage complex procurement projects.
- Able to lead and motivate teams, promote cross-department collaboration, and improve team performance.
- Good at solving complex problems and handling emergencies, with the ability to make quick decisions.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment, with strong stress tolerance and flexibility.
- Have a high degree of professional ethics and integrity, and comply with company policies and industry regulations.
